When I first called Dirk on the phone, I realized pretty quickly that he has experience and I felt confident having him inspect my brand new house. I was right. He did not miss a beat. He thoroughly inspected everything that you wouldn’t think a brand new house would have although they were fairly minor. I appreciate every detail he listed in his report and now I feel much more confident owning the home, knowing exactly what I’m getting myself into. I also did appreciate the little knowledgeable note thoughts about certain things I had no idea about and getting educated on it. Thank you so much Dirk for letting my first home buying experience be great. I will be calling you back for our 12 month check!

As an insurance agent, it is important to have a professional home inspector to evaluate the condition of a property's overall condition before one is committed to buying a home. Dirk is just that - he is an expert in his field and can identify dangerous potential hazards, like potential fire risks, etc. Finding major issues early helps homeowner to avoid buying costly repairs later and/or helps in the final decision of purchasing a home. I highly recommend Dirk for inspections such as 4 point, wind mitigation and home inspections. He takes the time to explain conditions to the client and his inspection reports are very thorough and accurate.

Dirk was great to work with. He was prompt and kept in contact regarding my appointment and his prices were great. I tried several other inspection companies and never received any return calls from any of the others. I would highly recommend D & P Home Inspection Florida!
