D & P Home Inspection, LLC provides comprehensive inspections for a wide range of properties, including single-family homes, townhouses, condominiums, and multi-family dwellings.

We also perform inspections on new construction homes, including phase inspections throughout the building process to ensure quality and compliance at every stage. 11-month warranties and walk and talk inspections. 

While it’s not required, we highly recommend that you attend at least part of the home inspection. Being present gives us the opportunity to walk you through our findings in person, explain what they mean, and answer any questions you may have.

If you’re unable to attend, don’t worry. Our reports are thorough, detailed, and include clear photos and interactive features so you can see exactly what we inspected and understand the condition of the home. You’ll have confidence knowing the job was done right.
